Payment

Full Payment must be received at least Ten (10) business days before the scheduled class begins. Students who have not paid in full cannot be admitted to the classroom.

Payment for classes can be made by:
- Check payable to "Wisdom Technology Consulting Limited"
- Company/Government Purchase Order
- Money transfer to HSBC Bank Account "4955-8147-2838" (Please fax the pay-in slip to 2838 9538 for confirmation)

Confirmation

Upon receipt of full payment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Payment must be made in advance to ensure your reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please call Wisdom Technology Consulting Limited to confirm your enrollment at (852) 2961 9500.

Cancellation / Substations

You may cancel or reschedule a class ten (10) business days in advance of the start date of the class at no charge. Cancellations made within ten (10) business days of the starting date of the class are subject to a 50% fee and / or a fee of HKD500 for rescheduling. No refunds will be granted for any student who fails to attend a course or cancels a course on or after the first day of class. Courseware is nonrefundable once opened or received. All course materials will be delivered during the class.

Schedule Change

Course schedule and prices are subject to change without notice. Wisdom Technology Consulting Limited reserves the right to reschedule, cancel or postpone any course should circumstances make it necessary. Advance notice will be given in the unlikely event of a course being canceled and full credit will be applied to the next regularly scheduled course offering. Wisdom Technology Consulting Limited is not responsible for travel or accommodations charges in the event of any schedule change.

Prerequisites

Some courses have prerequisites to ensure each student receives the maximum benefit of each class. All students are responsible for checking to see that they meet the suggested course to prerequisites to ensure a uniform level of skills in a class. Wisdom Technology Consulting Limited will be glad to send any student a complete course overview.
